The Intangibles

How we work, every day.

Pillar 01

Mission-Focused

Every job has a purpose: parts that fit, arrive on time and make our customers better. We keep that mission in front of every decision.

Pillar 02

Small improvements, made every day, on every job. Win the day in front of you, and the year takes care of itself.

Pillar 03

Answer the phone. Reply within one business day. Solve the problem, not just the ticket. Service is how small shops stand out.

Pillar 04

We invest in Cheraw and the people around us: training the next generation of makers and supporting the community that built us.
